The publication of articles in Finance, Markets and Valuation implies the assignment to the journal of the non-exclusive right to publish the article on the Internet under the terms of a license of use and distribution Creative Commons 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows the commercial use of the original work and the generation of derived works. Therefore, authors are bound by the conditions of the CC BY license since they are no longer the copyrights-holders. By transferring copyright, publishing rights are also transferred.
